How do I place an order?

Please follow the steps below whenever you would like to place an order.


   a. Click on the item you're wanting to purchase.

   b. By default, the required quantity of the item is set to 1 - please change this figure if you require more than one of your chosen product.

   c. Click on the drop down box to indicate whether the gift is intended for a boy or girl, or whether the recipient is as yet undecided. 

   d. Click “BUY NOW” to add the item(s) to your shopping basket.

   e. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping basket’s contents by clicking on the basket icon in the upper right-hand corner.


   a. In the shopping basket's preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.

   b. If you want to remove a product from the shopping basket, click on the "x" on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity,
      click on +/- button  next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping basket will be updated.

   c. To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We accept payment by direct transfer, Pin Payments or cash. Once you confirm your order, you can choose to either pay securely direct transfer or you can be directed to the Pin Payments website where you can pay with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express account. When an order is placed on the website you will receive an email confirmation of that order. The email confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your order. The order placed by you represents an offer to purchase the specific items at the price displayed on the website at the time of order.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, So Eisey reserves the right to either accept or reject the order for any reason including the unavailability of stock, errors in the price of an item, incomplete address details or incorrect delivery cost calculation. If your order is rejected and a payment had been made then a reimbursement will be processed in the manner that the original payment was made.

Payment and Shipping

Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an "*". If you wish to receive a tax invoice, please enter your ABN or ACN details. Ensure that your data is correct and then select your preferred shipping method.

Returns & Refunds

More than just 'made with love', we're confident that each So Eisey product will actually be loved. If something is not right with new purchase, please let us know as soon as you are able so the issue can be resolved. In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is faulty or is unexpectedly different to its description and or image, we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of receipt of the purchase.

So Eisey requires the following conditions to be met in order to qualify for an exchange or return:
1. Notification is required within 7 days of receiving your item, and the item must be returned to us, including the original receipt or proof of
   purchase, within 14 days. 
2. Items must be returned unused with the original tags still attached and in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition. 
3. So Eisey are not responsible for any costs associated with returning/exchanging the item. 
4. Returns of sale or clearance items will not be accepted. 
5. If a refund is issued, the purchase price (excluding online delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. 
6. We recommend returning your purchase via registered mail with a tracking number, as any returned items that are not received by us will not be
  issued a refund. 
7. Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by us. We will contact you via the
   email address you provide once the transaction has been processed. Please email to receive the returns postal address.



Our mission is to provide you with products of only the highest standard and quality. However, if you receive an item with a defect we will refund the purchase price (including delivery charges) or provide you with a replacement. You must notify us of the fault accompanied by a photo of the fault within 7 days of receiving your item. You must have your item returned to us within 14 days of delivery with the original receipt or proof of purchase. In the event you receive a faulty item, please contact so we can help resolve the problem as soon as possible. 

As soon as you place your order with us the process of bringing it to life begins, so no amendments or cancellations can be made after this point.
If you are unhappy with your purchase after it arrives, we are more than happy to provide you with an exchange or refund in accordance with our Returns/Exchange Policy.

We use Australia Post and will always send your purchase by parcel or express post with a tracking number. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, Australia Post has a flat rate delivery fee which is dependent on weight and will be automatically calculated for you when you have placed your order and checkout. 

Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with a unique tracking number so that you can track how far away your purchase is.


We are pleased to say that we ship worldwide via Australia Post however we are unable to provide free shipping on international orders. International shipping fees with Australia Post are calculated by weight and will be calculated for you when you have placed your order and check out.  Please note that our postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery.
All payments of taxes & duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.   


Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with a unique tracking number so that you can track how far away your purchase is.

NOTE: Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.


Our preferred method of payment, Pin Payments is securely processed via the Pin Payments checkout service. No human intervention is required to complete this credit card transaction.  Pin Payments accept credit cards; VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

We are more than happy to take custom made orders if you wish for us to make something specific or extra special. 

We cannot begin to make any special or custom made order until full payment has been received. Payments are to be made via Pin Payments or direct deposit into our bank account once details of your custom made order have been confirmed via invoice.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our custom made orders unless the items are found to be faulty. If you have any questions please contact  Our usual shipping policies apply to all special custom made orders.
